Join Date Nov Posts AOS-Enter the Kettlebell Workbook Usually when I hear Pavel talk about ladders he mentions resting as long as it takes your partner to perform the exercise. Or if hhe by yourself, visualize a partner doing the same reps you did.
For strength I typically like to rest around 1 min. AOS-Enter the Kettlebell Workbook The simple answer is as long as it would take for your partner to do his or her rep.
