Even a small improvement in customer retention can double profits in your company. I didn’t get as much out of this book as Reichheld’s Loyalty Rules! Read, highlight, and take notes, across web, tablet, and phone. During these economically difficult times, understanding and growing customer loyaltty is essential to profitabilty.
It’s written for large companies, but many of the lessons are applicable to small and mid-size companies too. It I read this book because in frededick job, I deal with customer loyalty.
