I desire to inspire and motivate my sisters every day helping to make a difference and be the change these women see for the chapter, in order to continue making Sigma great for all generations to come. What are your favorite thing about Sigma? My favorite thing about Tri Sigma is our sisterhood. Meet the Greeks: Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated | Her Campus

Sigma is full of so many different people like honors students, club athletes, and other organization members. Are you in any other leadership roles on campus? Or in any other clubs or organizations? I am involved in a few other clubs and organizations on campus. My favorite thing about Bryant is how accepting and motiving our community is. As students we are encouraged to step outside our comfort zones, try new things, and be happy being who we are meant to be.

It is recommended to join organizations in which relate to our own personal interests, work to grow as a leader and to become the best possible version of ourselves. As well as taking the University up on every opportunity that is available for one to accomplish their dreams and goals while having a variety of cheerleaders cheering you on along the way whether that be professors, councilors or friends.

What is your favorite Sigma memory? My favorite Sigma memory is honestly Bid Day. Sitting in the classroom after going through Formal Recruitment brought upon a lot of nerves because of how much I wanted to be a part of Tri Sigma. After peeling open my envelope to find my Bid from Sigma, I felt an overwhelming sense of happiness. I was so thankful to have found my place and be able to run home to a group of women who were extremely excited to have me.

Throughout her year as President, I saw her become an amazing leader to this chapter and saw the impact that a President could make. Being President is such an honor for me because I get to represent such an amazing group of women and it is a way that I can give back to an organization that has given me so much.

What are your favorite things about Delta Zeta? My favorite thing is my sisters. The women in this chapter are the people that make me smile every day and challenge me to be a better version of myself. I look up to each one of these girls and could not be prouder of the people they are. Delta Zeta holds its women to such high standards and set of values that each member amazes me.

Meet the Greek Life Presidents - Matt Amaral

I love that I always have someone to eat lunch with, a gym buddy, or someone to binge watch an entire Netflix series with. They have shown me the importance on not just being part of something but letting something become a part of you. I stay for the passion that this sorority has given me and the insane amount of love that these women show me every day.

Are you in any other leadership roles on campus? Or in any other clubs or organizations? On campus I hold two jobs.

I work as a desk attendant at the fitness center, and as a coach for the USA Club swim team each night. I work with all the different ages on the team, but I am the main coach for the age group. My favorite thing about Bryant is all the opportunities that it can give you.
